YOUR TASKS
The PC Director leads Beiersdorf Manufacturing Nigeria to achieve financial and strategic objectives ensuring the future growth and sustainability of the site. The PC Director provides leadership & set standards (e.g. BMOS & ManEx) to the production team driving operational improvement initiatives
Responsibilities
Ownership of the mission, vision and values of PC Nigeria aligned with the Beiersdorf way.
Responsibility for the financial and production results of the site.
Guarantee the fundamentals: "Zero Accidents", “100% quality” and “100% compliance”
Ownership of the site development plan and implementation of innovation pipeline in the factory
Develop strategies and action plans, in line with the SC and Company strategic plans..
Provide strategic direction and tactical support to the Leadership Team.
Implement a culture of continuous improvement, introducing best practices, new ideas and opportunities.
Build relationships with Supply Chain and Business Units stakeholders to sustain organic growth.
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in technical engineering such as industrial, mechanical or electrical.
10 years of experience in leadership positions, preferably in consumer goods production companies and Manufacturing function.
Knowledge in TPM, WCM, IWS and/or Lean Manufacturing.
