We are seeking a Procurement & Styling Associate to manage the sourcing, purchasing, and tracking of FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment) and accessories while supporting the final staging and styling of spaces. This role requires a strong eye for design, excellent vendor management skills, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure projects are delivered with a refined and cohesive aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities
- Source furnishings, finishes, artwork, and accessories within design briefs and budgets.
- Liaise with vendors for quotes, pricing, and lead times; manage procurement logs and purchase orders.
- Track deliveries, oversee quality control, and coordinate installations.
- Manage inventory of store items, styling props, and vendor database.
- Support final styling and staging for project handovers and photo shoots.
- Curate accessories and décor elements to enhance project aesthetics.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in procurement, FF&E sourcing, styling, or interior design support (fit-out/high-end design sector preferred).
- Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); familiarity with design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD) is a plus.
- Passion for interiors, décor, and styling with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
