Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize day-to-day business operations
- Drive property sales and contribute to revenue growth targets
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Develop and implement business strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability
- Coordinate staff training and development initiatives
- Monitor and manage client payments, invoicing, and financial reporting
- Support customer relationship management and client engagement activities Work closely with senior management to identify growth opportunities and market trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business management or sales; real estate industry experience is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership, team coordination, and people management skills
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication abilities
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting tools
