Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely delivery of guest luggage and room service.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure floors meet cleanliness standards.
• Welcoming guests and assisting with luggage
• Escorting guests to their rooms and explaining room features.
• Arranging taxis or transportation.
• Supervise housekeepers in maintaining cleanliness in the lobby or entrance area and room readiness on assigned floors.
Providing directions or basic concierge support.

Requirements:

• OND or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a similar hospitality role.
• Good organisational skills and physical fitness.
Must be a resident of Abuja

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 150,000
