• Luggage & Deliveries
• Transport guest luggage, shipments, mail, and parcels between entrances, rooms, reception, loading areas, or storage locations
• Assist guests or residents with loading/unloading their items upon arrival/departure
• Public Area Maintenance
• Keep hallways, lobbies, stairwells, restrooms, and entrances clean and tidy
• Remove trash, empty bins, clean spills, and report maintenance issues
• Customer/Guest Assistance
• Greet guests or visitors, direct them to designated areas, and answer basic inquiries
• Provide porter assistance upon request (e.g., wheel luggage, escort to rooms)
• Safety & Reporting
• Report broken fixtures, trip hazards, or other safety issues
• Notify security or management of unauthorized individuals or suspicious activities
• Support Duties
• Assist with basic errands such as mail delivery, bringing supplies, or restocking lobby items (e.g., water, brochures)
• Collaborate with housekeeping, reception, and maintenance on daily operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦50,000.00 - ₦60,000.00 per month
