Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Establish and Launch the School: Oversee all aspects of the school setup, ensuring compliance with local educational regulations and standards.
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with educational experts to design and implement an engaging AI-oriented curriculum tailored to nursery and primary education.
- Workforce Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of talented educators and staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
- Marketing and Community Engagement: Develop and execute marketing strategies that effectively promote the school's unique offerings, engaging with parents and the local community to drive enrollment.
- Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage the school’s budget, ensuring sustainable growth and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, guardians, and community members, effectively communicating the school’s vision and values.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Education Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in school administration, with a proven track record in establishing new institutions and managing educational programs.
- Curriculum Design Expertise: Strong understanding of curriculum development, especially with a focus on technology integration and innovative teaching methods.
- Marketing Skills: Demonstrated ability to create and implement successful marketing and community engagement strategies.
- Leadership Qualities: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and foster positive relationships with parents and the community.
- AI Knowledge: Familiarity with AI principles and their application in education is a plus.
