Position: Operations Officer

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Officer to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our client's organization. The Operations Officer will ensure smooth business processes, support different departments, monitor performance, and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise business centre and training hub operations.
- Ensure facilities and equipment are well maintained.
- Monitor daily service delivery and staff performance.
- Resolve operational challenges promptly.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in operations, administration, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
- Knowledge of compliance, procurement, and general office management.
