- Accurately book of disbursed customer loans on core banking application (CBA)
- Credit transaction updates
- Reconcile loan product portfolios and generate timely reports
- Respond to customer complaints and enquiries within TAT
- Liquidate loans after verifying payment confirmations
- Handle loan booking issues/enquiries from internal audit and finance
- Attend to credit transaction issues and resolve within TAT
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree in Accounting or related field
- 2 - 4 years of experience in a fintech or microfinance institution
- Professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA) are an added advantage
- Relevant experience in financial services and knowledge of regulatory standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites (Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
