Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
- Maintaining and organizing electronic and physical files
- Coordinating the delivery of supplies and materials.
- Managing inventory and ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Monitoring daily workflows and identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Working with other teams to resolve operational issues.
- Providing training to staff on new systems and procedures.
- Collaborating with senior management to improve operational efficiency
- May be involved in customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving complaints.
- May be responsible for maintaining office equipment and facilities. May assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience is required
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
