Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations across departments (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, etc.)
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments to meet guest satisfaction.
- Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement initiatives.
- Handle guest escalations and crisis management effectively. Lead and train department heads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Admin, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in hotel or serviced apartment operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with hospitality software and budgeting tools. Candidates must reside within Abuja.
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - 350,000
