Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operational activities to support advertising and marketing projects.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely project delivery.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet quality standards.
• Manage procurement and inventory of marketing/advertising materials.
• Support vendor management, logistics, and service delivery.
• Assist with report preparation and present operational insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client expectations.
• Carry out assigned errands and operational tasks across various Lagos locations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND (any discipline).
• 0–5 years relevant experience (operations, logistics, or administration).
• Resides in or around Lekki.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive confidently.
• Good knowledge of Lagos routes (Lekki – Victoria Island – Ajah).
• Strong organizational skills with punctual, honest, and responsible work ethic.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
