Location: Lekki, Lagos (with some remote flexibility)

Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Operations Intern to support the execution of our daily projects and field activities. In Brandleep, operations means being in the field, managing logistics, supervising installations, coordinating vendors, and making sure everything runs smoothly on-ground. If you're someone who doesn’t mind being outdoors, on the move, and actively involved in getting things done — this is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Support on-site coordination of advertising campaigns and brand activations
Assist in managing logistics and supervising vendor/installation teams
Ensure timely setup and execution of field-based operations
Handle basic documentation, inventory, and reporting
Assist with internal scheduling and communication across departments
Requirements
Must live in Lagos, preferably close to Lekki
Must have a valid driver’s license and know how to drive (field movement is frequent)
Must have at least OND, NCE, HND, or BSc in any relevant field
Comfortable working on-site and in fast-paced outdoor environments
Good with Microsoft Office tools (especially Word & Excel)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to take initiative, work under pressure, and adapt quickly
Previous admin, coordination, or fieldwork experience is a plus
