Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Human Resource Intern. The intern will support the HR team with a variety of tasks, including updating HR policies, managing employee benefits, assisting in personnel management, and supporting HR management activities. The intern will gain hands-on experience in human resources functions and contribute to creating a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Personnel Management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with HR software is a plus Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
