BAP Energy Limited is seeking a highly motivated NYSC Intern to support its Supply Chain operations. The intern will assist in managing procurement processes, vendor coordination, logistics, and inventory control, ensuring smooth and compliant operations in a fast-paced oil and gas exploration environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support procurement processes including RFQs, bid evaluations, and purchase orders
• Assist in logistics coordination for materials and equipment to field locations
• Track delivery schedules and maintain accurate records of supply chain documentation
• Work with internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement
• Update and manage inventory databases for tools, parts, and equipment
Ensure adherence to industry and regulatory compliance requirements

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering
• Currently serving in NYSC and posted or redeployed to Lagos
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
