Job Summary
Glow 99.1 FM seeks a sharp, engaging OAP with 2–3 years of live radio experience to host, script, and produce compelling shows in both Yoruba and English. You’ll code-switch naturally, grow audience loyalty, deliver client reads flawlessly, and drive digital engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Host daily/weekly programs in Yoruba and English with strong pace, clarity, and personality.
- Prep, script, and structure shows: rundowns, links, interviews, vox-pops, and phone-ins.
- Code-switch smoothly; translate and localise stories for Akure/Ondo audiences.
- Record and produce promos, liners, and simple show imaging; file clean logs and show notes.
- Execute live reads, sponsored segments, and OB/remotes; meet client deliverables exactly.
- Collaborate with News, Programs, and Marketing to align content, promos, and campaigns.
- Cut highlights into short-form content; post and caption timely clips to social platforms.
- Drive listener interaction: calls, WhatsApp, SMS, polls, and on-ground activations.
- Operate studio console and playout; follow clocks, cues, ads, and handovers without dead air.
- Comply with NBC Code, station policies, and brand voice; escalate risks immediately.
- Track basic analytics for show performance and digital content; iterate based on data.
Represent the station at events; maintain a professional, advertiser-friendly profile.
