About the job and your team
You will be a strategic storyteller, combining marketing creativity with data insights. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, sales, delivery, and client teams, you will ensure Dragnet’s impact is visible, measurable, and compliant with ISO quality, information security, and NDPA requirements.
Your role will balance creativity, analytics, and compliance, ensuring every piece of content strengthens trust and credibility with clients, partners, and candidates.
These are some key deliveries
- Content Development: Create high-quality written, visual, and video content showcasing client wins, candidate success stories, and Dragnet’s execution excellence.
- Analytics & Insights: Extract insights from project data and client reports, converting them into white papers, infographics, and impact stories.
- Client Success Storytelling: Build a strong repository of case studies and testimonials in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Thought Leadership: Publish insight-based content that elevates Dragnet executives and the brand as leaders in assessment and HRTech.
- Social Media & Trends: Manage Dragnet’s digital presence, monitor industry trends, and ensure content reflects compliance and best practices.
Who are you?
You are a creative, data-driven storyteller who thrives at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and brand positioning. You balance creativity with structure, and are skilled at collaborating across teams to turn insights into measurable impact.
Your qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, English, or related field.
- 3–5+ years’ experience in B2B content marketing, ideally in HRTech, consulting, or professional services.
- Proven storytelling and content creation skills (portfolio of thought leadership/case study work preferred).
- Strong data literacy and proficiency in visualization, SEO, and content tools (WordPress, infographics, etc.).
- Excellent collaboration, creativity, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ISO quality standards, information security, and NDPA compliance in content operations.
