Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
• Welcome customers to the office and answer their queries.
• Follow and achieve the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
• Build productive trust relationships with customers.
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the office design).
Day-to-day tasks include researching and identifying potential clients, creating and delivering client presentations, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining accurate client records.

Requirements:

• Minimum OND certificate
• 2 years of experience(marketing or Business administration is an added advantage)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Active listening skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent persuasive ability
• Experience with CRM software
• Must be a self-motivator
• Collaboration skills
• Excellent in problem-solving
• Ability to follow instructions
• Strong team player
• Excellent in sales closing
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Ability to use Excel or Google spreadsheet
Ability to use social media platforms and a good understanding of their algorithm

Location: Oluyole, Ibadan, Oyo State

Remuneration: NGN 75,000
