RESPONSIBILITY:
- Organize and maintain office files, documents, and records (physical and digital).
- Handle photocopying, scanning, and printing tasks.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, or documents as required.
- Answer and direct phone calls or messages.
- Receive visitors and guide them appropriately.
- Handle basic customer or staff inquiries and relay messages.
- Keep the office area clean and orderly.
- Ensure supplies like stationery, water, or toiletries are stocked and available.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates should possess an SSCE/OND / HND / B.Sc qualification with 0 - 1 years work experience.
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment (e.g., photocopier, scanner, printer)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, or typing skills)
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time
- Good interpersonal skills and a helpful attitude
- Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Physically fit for light office errands or lifting supplies
- Must be neat, well-groomed, and presentable
