Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for [Supervisor Title] and other staff members.
- Maintaining accurate records and files.
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Managing office supplies and inventory. Maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
Reception Duties:
- Greet visitors and provide information.
- Managing visitor flow and access. Maintaining visitor logs and records.

Data Entry and Management:
- Entering data into databases and spreadsheets.
- Maintaining and updating company records. Generating reports as needed.
Other Duties:
- Assisting with special projects as assigned by supervisor.
- Performing other clerical duties as required.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Proactively identifying and resolving administrative issues.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year of experience
- OND in any field of study
