Responsibilities:

Community & Corporate Outreach:

• Conduct field marketing in commercial districts, malls, co-working spaces, universities, and business hubs.
• Visit offices, shops, and organisations to introduce Inside Success and collect new subscriptions.
Build relationships and networks with decision-makers in relevant institutions.

Sales & Subscriptions:

• Convince individuals and businesses to subscribe to Inside Success (free & paid plans).
• Guide prospects through how to access our platforms (web, magazine, webinars, events).
Track and report daily/weekly subscription metrics and conversions.

Website Promotion:

• Drive traffic to the Inside Success website using direct outreach and QR code tools.
Educate prospects on how to navigate the site and utilise its resources.

Partnership Identification:

• Identify and document potential partnership opportunities with companies, NGOs, media platforms, and educational institutions.
Represent Inside Success in informal partnership explorations and warm-up leads for senior management to follow up.

Brand Visibility:

• Distribute approved flyers, branded materials, and merch.
• Increase awareness of ongoing campaigns, training, or magazine issues.
Capture pictures and testimonials from successful interactions (with permission) for social media use.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and persuasive in person.
• Comfortable walking/commuting for outreach work.
• Passionate about youth development and empowerment.
• Basic digital literacy: knows how to use email, mobile forms, QR code tools, and basic analytics.
• Must be goal-oriented and able to meet weekly targets.
• Proven ability in field marketing and direct face-to-face sales
• Skilled at cold outreach in corporate and public environments
• Confident public speaker with clear and persuasive pitch delivery
