Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and routine maintenance tasks.
- Repair and install electrical/mechanical equipment.
- Replace faulty switches, plugs, fuses, and fixtures.
- Monitor and manage equipment inventory.
- Supervise contractors and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Keep accurate maintenance records and daily logs.
- Perform other facility support tasks as needed.
Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
- COREN certification (an advantage).
- Strong troubleshooting, installation, and vendor management skills.
- Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving ability.
Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
