As part of our expansion, we are seeking a High-Profile Luxury Travel Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s growth and market presence across the premium travel sector.
The Role
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving business development and enhancing our brand visibility within luxury travel markets. This individual will leverage strong networks to attract High Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), discerning travelers, and corporate executives while curating strategic campaigns that position us as the first choice in bespoke travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share in luxury travel.
- Cultivate and maintain premium client relationships, including HNWIs, C-suite executives, celebrities, and international partners.
- Leverage an extensive personal and professional network to unlock high-value opportunities and partnerships.
- Curate and oversee exclusive travel events, VIP experiences, and brand showcases.
- Manage digital and offline campaigns to highlight premium travel packages, lifestyle experiences, and destination branding.
- Monitor global travel trends and competitor activities to ensure brand leadership in the luxury travel sector.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor the sales & marketing team toward achieving ambitious goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) from a reputable private university in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field; a Master’s degree or international study exposure is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7–10 years’ proven experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or premium lifestyle sales and marketing.
- A robust and influential network of clients and stakeholders within high-net-worth and luxury travel markets.
- Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence high-level decision makers.
- Track record of delivering strong results in luxury travel campaigns, partnerships, and client acquisition.
