BigBen Lounge is a restaurant and bar owned by CANDL Ltd. The BigBen Lounge is located in HFP Shopping Complex at Abraham Adesanya, Ajah.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for a Lounge Supervisor - Ajah at CANDL Woodwork & Joineries. The Lounge Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lounge, managing staff, maintaining customer service standards, and ensuring the smooth running of the lounge.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Management skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Problem-solving and Decision-making skills
• Knowledge of lounge operations and maintenance
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Previous supervisory experience in a similar role
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
