Salary: ₦150,000
Educational Qualification: Minimum BSc/HND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Certificates Required: Hospitality/Facility Management certifications (an added advantage)
Working Days: 6 days a week
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible, including weekends)
Job Description:
The Manager (Lounge) will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lounge within the hospitality and short-let apartment business. The role requires a proactive and experienced professional who can manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain smooth operations across all functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily lounge operations and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure guests enjoy a seamless experience from booking to check-out.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Monitor operating expenses and prepare accurate periodic reports.
- Enforce compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Contribute to marketing and promotional strategies for the lounge.
