Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Location Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of warehouse staff. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient handling of packages and shipments, maintain accurate inventory, and uphold high standards of productivity, safety, and compliance. This role is critical to ensuring that location-based operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate task completion
- Monitor and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, sorting, scanning, and loading packages
- Oversee inventory management: track stock, minimize discrepancies, and generate reports
- Resolve operational issues related to orders, inventory, equipment, or staffing to reduce downtime and costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to boost efficiency and reduce waste
- Foster clear communication with other departments such as transportation and customer service to ensure seamless operations
- Ensure adherence to warehouse safety protocols and create a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements:
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in warehouse systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦140,000.00 per month
