Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities :
- Provide Legal Advice: Offer guidance to management on legal matters, business strategies, and risk assessment.
- Draft and Review Contracts: Prepare, examine, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure Compliance: Monitor and ensure the company’s operations comply with local, national, and international laws.
- Manage Legal Risks: Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Handle Disputes and Litigation: Represent or coordinate with external lawyers in disputes, lawsuits, and negotiations.
- Develop Company Policies: Create and update internal policies to align with changing regulations.
- Corporate Governance: Advise on regulatory filings, board matters, and shareholder relations.
- Intellectual Property Management: Protect the company’s trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
- Employment Law Matters: Advise on employee contracts, workplace issues, and labour law compliance.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of legal trends, regulatory changes, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience
- Degree in law.
