Job Description/Requirements
We’re looking for a skilled Corporate Trainer to lead training sessions for our corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business, management, and leadership development, with a passion for helping professionals grow through engaging and impactful training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs for corporate clients
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and learning sessions across key business and leadership topics
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust materials as needed
- Stay up to date with best practices in learning and development Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor sessions accordingly
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in training delivery
- Strong knowledge of business, management, and leadership development topics
- Proven track record of leading professional development programs Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
Benefits
