Job Title: Lead – Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters across group companies.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for multiple verticals and functions.
- Design and implement effective hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future organizational needs.
- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and local labor laws.
- Track, monitor, and report recruitment metrics and performance of the team.
- Promote employer branding and enhance candidate experience.
Industry Specification-Industry background should be from Fertilizer or Oil & Gas or LNG
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience (15–18 years) in talent acquisition and recruitment leadership.
- Strong expertise in managing large-scale hiring across industries/functions.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a recruitment team.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in international hiring will be an added advantage.
