About the Role
TMAsourcing Solutions is hiring a passionate and results-driven Business Development / Client Acquisition Executive for a fast growing logistics and transportation company.
This role is key to driving growth by acquiring and onboarding new B2B clients. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in achieving the company’s goal of onboarding 5,000 new vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and onboard B2B clients within the logistics and transportation sector
Consistently meet and exceed monthly client acquisition targets
Convert pre-qualified leads into successful client registrations
Communicate the company’s value proposition clearly to prospective clients
Conduct engaging presentations and service demonstrations
Negotiate favorable onboarding terms and close deals effectively
Provide weekly reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and client feedback
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Experience:
2–5 years in client acquisition, business development, or direct sales (B2B focus preferred)
Key Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication
Persuasive presentation skills
Proven ability to meet targets
Self-motivated and independent
Familiarity with Microsoft Office; CRM tools is an added advantage
Compensation & Benefits
Net Monthly Salary: ₦200,000 (after deductions)
Bonuses: Performance-based incentives for each successful client registration

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday (Standard working hours)
Saturday availability when required
Must be consistently responsive on phone, email, and WhatsApp
