Job Description/Requirements
Grade/Level - Officer
Summary:
The Fusion Centre Executive perform Control Room daily operations with high integrity and efficiency. Monitor CCTV during the shift and report any unusual activity to Line Manager/Duty Officer. Respond promptly to the radio checks, made by clients and keep accurate records of all communication.
Principal Duties/Responsibilities
Emergency Response:
. Manage distress and incidence calls
. Monitor and manage emergency situation arising from FSK panic, Meitrack, Sms panic, TSU protect, Fifo tracker, Liquid monitory and Treyki platforms in line with the SOP
. Manage all non-emergency by directing to the appropriate person
. Maintain a liaison with local Police Command to assist in the event of emergency
Journey Management:
. Provide traffic advisory to Journey management and Operational team
. Record, track daily patrol of Armed reaction movement and Operational vehicles
. Track Clients fleets and recovery
Remote Monitoring
. Monitor and maintain surveillance of Clients locations and Halogen’s premises pan Nigeria through CCTV system
. Report suspicious or threat to Duty Supervisor/Centre supervisor for timely intervention
. Provide playback footage for investigation purposes
. Ensure all Operations vehicle are visible in the tracking platform for clear sight and control; escalate exception to the responsible team
Guard Monitoring
. Monitor Guard tour platform
. Identify locations that are not clocking hourly and contact them to activate clocking
. Receive and call SITREP from CUG, IP and VHF radio location to maintain Guard’s alertness
. Escalate short manning to the responsible Operations team and follow up till it is closed out
Report and Analysis/Intel gathering
. Log and record all incidents and Control room activities for referencing
. Timely dissemination of all received messages to the concerned Officer
. Log technical devices movement on activation, deactivation and faulty ones
. Supervise Division operations staff assigned tasks, and monitor performance.
. Daily intelligence gathering
. Prepare and submit daily Operational activities and incident report
Work Hours
. The control room operates on 24 hours/7days using a shift pattern. Your work hour will be rostered in line with the peculiarities of the regional operations.
Qualification
- A Degree from a reputable tertiary institution
Experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience
. Prior knowledge in Data analytics is an advantage
