Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
- Oversee social media marketing initiatives that align with the company’s brand and marketing objectives.
- Work closely with content creators to ensure digital content aligns with marketing strategy and brand guidelines. Ensure consistent voice, messaging, and branding across all social media platforms.
Strategy Development:
- Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing).
- Identify target audiences and craft strategies that engage, inform, and motivate.# Collaborate to align digital marketing strategies with overall company objectives.
Community Management:
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster relationships with followers and potential clients, creating a positive and active online community. Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or other relevant platforms.
- Prepare monthly reports to evaluate the success of social media campaigns and provide actionable insights. Suggest improvements based on data to enhance social media performance.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to align social media content with ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support client acquisition and retention through social media efforts.
- Collaborate with external agencies, influencers, and other partners when necessary. Have regular team meetings to share ideas and progress.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on the latest social media best practices and emerging trends.
- Propose innovative approaches to increase engagement and drive traffic to the company’s website. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring timely and effective execution of campaigns Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering an environment of growth and learning.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience.
