The Laundry Supervisor oversees the day-to-day laundry operations, ensuring that linen, uniforms, and other laundry items are cleaned, pressed, and delivered in a timely and professional manner. The role involves supervising laundry staff, maintaining laundry equipment, and upholding health, safety, and quality standards.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and coordinate the activities of laundry staff (washers, ironers, folders).
- Ensure timely and high-quality laundering of uniforms, linens, towels, and guest items.
- Monitor inventory of laundry chemicals, linen, and supplies; request replenishments as needed.
- Inspect laundered items to ensure quality standards are met before distribution.
- Schedule staff shifts and assign duties according to workload and production targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the laundry area.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of laundry machines and equipment.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
- Keep daily production records, machine logs, and inventory reports.
- Address guest or departmental complaints related to laundry services professionally. Conduct periodic training for staff on stain removal, fabric care, and equipment handling.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Vocational certificate or SSCE certifcate is required
- At least 1 year of working experience
