Job Description:
As a Kitchen Assistant at Rapid Barbeque Grill, you will play a crucial in ensuring smooth kitchen operations. You’ll help in preparing barbeque ingredients, maintaining a clean workspace and supporting the grill team in delivering tasty and well-presented meals to our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain experience or advance in the food service industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of barbeque items, including marinating meats, chopping vegetables and preparing sauces.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including washing utensils, sanitizing surfaces, and proper waste disposal.
- Support the grill team with stocking supplies and monitoring ingredient levels.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Help with packaging and assembling orders for dine-in, takeout and delivery.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the kitchen supervisor or head grill chef.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and readiness to learn new skills.
- Previous experience working in a barbeque grill or similar food business is an added advantage.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Sunday(One day off), 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
