Position: Kitchen Manager (Fast Food Restaurant)
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Salary: Negotiable
Work Schedule:
Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Days: Monday – Sunday (1 day off weekly)
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager in a fast-paced fast food restaurant.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Flexibility to work morning or night shifts.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring timely and quality food preparation.
Supervise and schedule kitchen staff for shifts.
Maintain stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory.
Enforce hygiene, safety, and quality standards in food handling.
Coordinate with management on menu updates and kitchen improvements.
