Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities :
Digital Marketing:
- Develop, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
- Perform SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic visibility and website traffic
- Create and manage content for social media, email marketing, and the company blog
- Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts, engaging with followers and responding to queries
- Develop landing pages and sales funnels using platforms like WordPress, Wix, or Shopify Coordinate with graphic designers, writers, and other marketing professionals to ensure brand consistency
IT Support:
- Maintain company websites, ensuring speed, uptime, and functionality
- Provide basic technical support for hardware/software systems used internally
- Monitor cybersecurity practices and perform regular updates, backups, and security checks
- Set up and manage email accounts, productivity software (like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), and CRM tools Assist in integrating digital tools and automation platforms to improve business operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or IT support roles
- Proficient in tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs), Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.
- Understanding of web development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Creative thinker with strong analytical skills
