We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: IT Administrator

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • System Management: Overseeing the performance, maintenance, and security of servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure.
  • User Management: Creating and managing user accounts, assigning permissions, and handling access control for employees.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues reported by users or identified through monitoring.
  • Software and Hardware Management: Installing, configuring, and updating software, operating systems, and hardware components.
  • Security Management: Implementing and maintaining security measures such as firewalls, antivirus software, and access controls to protect the organization's data and systems.
  • Backup and Recovery: Implementing and managing backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
  • Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitoring system performance, security logs, and network activity to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
  • Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation for IT systems, procedures, and user guides.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant Education: A Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is often required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and security principles.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with users, vendors, and other IT professionals.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide effective and courteous technical support to end-users.
  • Be professional
  • Be discreet.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
