Job Summary
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Tender Administrator to join our team in Lagos State. In this full‑time role, you will manage the end‑to‑end tender process, ensuring high‑quality submissions and continuous improvements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and develop tender requirements
- Draft, review and submit bids in accordance with company SOPs and e‑tender platforms
- Track bid timelines and milestones to ensure all deadlines are met
- Manage all tender correspondence and maintain an accurate document‑management system
- Conduct won/lost bid analyses and recommend best‑practice improvements
- Support the sales and commercial teams as needed
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Finance, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years’ experience in tender/bid management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with e‑tender portals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational and critical‑thinking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
