Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and personable Investor Relationship Manager to lead our investor engagement efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with institutional and high-net-worth (HNW) investors, ensuring transparency, trust, and alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in investor relations, financial communications, or fundraising within the financial services or investment management sector.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors (institutional, family offices, HNWIs).
- Act as a trusted liaison between investors and internal teams (finance, compliance, legal, operations).
- Capital Raising & Fundraising Support: Support fundraising activities through investor outreach, presentations, and roadshows.
- Identify and target new investor segments aligned with investment products and strategy.
- Prepare and distribute regular investor reports, newsletters, financial updates, and performance summaries.
- Respond promptly to investor inquiries and provide detailed explanations regarding investments, returns, and risks.
- Support due diligence efforts including KYC/AML checks, onboarding documentation, and investment agreements.
- Coordinate with compliance to ensure investors meet all regulatory and internal requirements.
- Organize investor meetings, webinars, and annual general meetings (AGMs).
- Represent the company at conferences and investor networking events.
- Monitor investor trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to guide relationship strategies. Share investor feedback and insights with the product and executive teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in investor relations, financial services, wealth management, or fundraising
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with sophisticated stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/investor management tools
- Confidence, professionalism, and a high level of emotional intelligence
