? Position Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and connected Investment Advisors with a proven ability to attract, advise, and close investment opportunities with individual and institutional clients. You will serve as a trusted partner to investors, guiding them through high-potential real estate opportunities while earning significant commissions and bonuses.

? Key Responsibilities

Source, engage, and onboard high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), diaspora investors, and institutional buyers.

Present Brooklyn Homes' land and housing opportunities to prospects with clarity, insight, and professionalism.

Provide ongoing investment advice, financial education, and portfolio strategy focused on real estate.

Build and manage strong, long-term investor relationships.

Collaborate with our internal marketing and sales team to match leads with suitable investment options.

Attend private viewings, pitch events, webinars, and VIP investment brunches.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends, land appreciation patterns, and investor behaviors.

✅ Requirements

HND/BSC. Degree in Marketing, Finance or a related field. (Master’s is a plus).

3–7 years of experience in investment advisory, wealth management, or real estate finance.

Deep understanding of land, residential, and commercial real estate investing.

A strong personal or professional network of investors, especially HNWIs or diaspora clients.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and deal-closing skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Ability to interpret market data, perform basic investment analysis, and guide clients with integrity.
