Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Advisor, meaning the position is based in Ibadan with some work-from-home flexibility. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for providing insurance advice to clients, managing client relationships, identifying insurance needs, and offering suitable solutions. The role involves consulting, financial planning, customer service, and maintaining comprehensive client records.
Qualifications
- Skills in Insurance and Finance
- Experience in Consulting and Financial Planning
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Client Relationship Management
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor’s degree or HND
- Relevant certifications in Insurance or Financial Services are advantageous
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
