Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Associate located in Lagos. The Insurance Sales Associate will be responsible for soliciting and securing new business, providing excellent customer service, managing insurance policies, and working with insurance brokers to ensure client satisfaction. Daily tasks include engaging with potential clients, explaining insurance policies, and customizing insurance programs to suit individual client needs.
Qualifications

• Skills in Insurance Sales, Sales
• Customer Service experience
• Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a team
• Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
