About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Indoor Sales Representative to join our Lagos showroom team, representing the prestigious VitrA brand. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly learn product features, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage sales processes efficiently using Zoho CRM .
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Learn and master VitrA’s sanitary ware product range within a short period.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations for customers.
- Maintain and update customer records on Zoho CRM .
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and visually appealing showroom display.
- Prepare sales reports using Excel and communicate via Outlook .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
- Minimum OND/HND/bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in showroom sales (sanitary ware, tiles, or building materials preferred).
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM , Excel , and Outlook .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentable appearance with good interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
