Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role of Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Eket, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for daily sales activities, customer service, managing client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and providing training for new products and services. The role also includes devising marketing strategies to promote the company's insurance products and services.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Ability to provide Training to staff and clients
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or any field
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
