- We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and team management
- Lead talent acquisition and onboarding processes
- Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Maintain a positive, productive work culture
- Handle disciplinary actions, staff grievances, and conflict resolution
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager in the hospitality or service industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of HR functions and labor laws
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 per month.
