Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional Certification: CIPM, SHRM, ESHRM, or CIPD certification is a plus
Key Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience: With at least 2-3 years in a managerial role
- Experience in real estate or FMCG industry: Managing unions and industrial relations is a plus
- Proven track record: Developing and executing HR strategies, improving employee morale, and ensuring compliance with labor laws
Essential Skills
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strategic thinking and ability to execute operationally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
Desirable Attributes
- Experience managing HR functions in a multicultural or multinational environment
- Familiarity with HRIS tools and modern recruitment platforms
