About the Role:
As our HR Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping our organizational culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring HR operations run smoothly. From recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compliance, you'll be a strategic partner to leadership and a resource to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR support
- Oversee performance reviews and development planning
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll support
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures
- Support leadership with HR strategy, reporting, and workforce planning
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience; 2+ years in a management role
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, practices, and procedures
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (required)
Certifications:
- Professional HR certification is preferred (if available)
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Experience in handling HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and performance management
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
