Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Abuja. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and employee development. Additional tasks include implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing employee benefits and payroll. The role also involves providing strategic HR support to management and fostering a positive work environment.

- Knowledge of HR Policies, Procedures, and Labor Laws

- Experience with Payroll Management and Employee Benefits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
