Job Summary:
Our client is seeking to hire a strategic and people-centric Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to lead key HR functions focused on Performance Management, Talent Development, Employee Engagement, and Learning & Development (L&D). The ideal candidate will drive initiatives that enhance employee experience, capability building, and organizational performance. This role is critical in fostering a high-performance culture and aligning talent strategy with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the performance management process.
- Support goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, and feedback mechanisms across teams.
- Provide coaching to managers on performance-related conversations and employee development.
- Lead talent identification, succession planning, and career pathing efforts.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify high-potential employees and support their development plans.
- Conduct talent reviews and support organizational workforce planning.
- Design and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
- Conduct employee surveys, analyze results, and lead action planning with management.
- Act as a culture ambassador, promoting company values and inclusive practices.
- Conduct training needs analysis and design L&D programs aligned with business needs.
- Coordinate and facilitate learning initiatives, workshops, and leadership development programs.
- Track learning outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification e.g CIPM, CHRM is required
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience within the manufacturing sector
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical abilities. Proficient in HRIS, survey tools, and learning management systems (LMS).
