Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, ensuring a positive employee experience and effective people management practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)

Support performance management processes and employee evaluations

Manage staff welfare, benefits, and leave administration

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Coordinate staff training and development programs

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture

Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances

Handle general HR administrative tasks

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or HND

1+ years of experience in a Human Resources role

Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

High level of discretion and professionalism

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software

Reside within Lagos Island or Ajah axis is prefered
