Job Title: HR & Talent Manager

Location: Alaba International, Lagos
Salary: ₦750,000 Monthly (HMO, Tax, and Pension Inclusive)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Job Description:
Our client, a fast-growing company in the production of phone accessories including power banks, earpods, and chargers, is seeking a highly strategic and experienced HR & Talent Manager to oversee all aspects of human capital management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company’s talent strategy, building a strong organizational culture, and ensuring efficient HR operations at their Alaba International office.
Key Responsibilities:
. Develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
. Lead the talent acquisition process, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
. Drive performance management, employee engagement, and career development initiatives.
. Build and maintain a strong company culture that aligns with organizational values.
. Partner with business leaders to support organizational growth and productivity.
. Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll compliance.
. Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
. Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal policies.
. Provide strategic HR insights to management and prepare regular HR reports.
. Collaborate with teams across other office locations (e.g., Victoria Island) as necessary.
Requirements:
. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications such as CIPM, SHRM are an added advantage).
. Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
. Strong background in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
. Proven ability to lead, influence, and develop people and teams.
. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
. Proficient in HRIS, MS Office Suite, and HR reporting tools.
. Must reside around Alaba, Festac, Isolo, Ikotun, or nearby areas.
